I'll come back if I can think of one. Well, the building itself is quiet.
The block is far from it. I can handle noise, but the garbage is left outside the unit which attracts rats to run past the doors. So on your way to your Uber you're going to have to pass a rat. On the street, people leave their pets' waste for you to step around. Witnessed a stick up on Malcolm X a few weeks ago.
