Roaches and Unresponsive Super

Pros

- great location - kind neighbors - never had an issue with the laundry room - super was helpful whenever we could get in contact with him

Cons

- EXTREME roach infestation that persisted even with us doing deep cleans twice a week - super was often unresponsive and hard to access - the walls are thin & i could hear my upstairs neighbor’s every footstep - packages often got stolen - stairwells often had dead (& sometimes live) roaches, only ever cleaned when someone was touring

Advice to the owners

PLEASE address the roach issue, maintain clean common areas, and address the package stealing issue.
