Great deal, roaches are a dealbreaker.

Pros:
Location - very close to the 3 Price- very good deal Beautiful renovation South facing windows Updated appliances
Cons:
So many roaches. We are not messy people. Absolutely no response from management.
Advice to owner:
Please invest in building wide renovations addressing the pests that aren’t limited to an exterminator coming once a month.
