    Ok building, bad management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good neighbors, good area, bright apartments. Building itself isn’t too bad and building is quiet.
    Cons:
    Terrible management, unresponsive, patched up repairs
    Advice to owner:
    Get better in repairs and responsiveness to tenants
