Major pest issue

Beautiful affordable apartments
Cons:
MAJOR MOUSE/RAT ISSUE. Monthly extermination didn't make a difference.
Advice to owner:
Monthly extermination isn't enough - needs something more severe

Sweet Apartment with a wonderful community

Pros:
Heat and water were always on when they were supposed to and the water pressure was great.
Cons:
Wish there was an elevator in the building.
Advice to owner:
Would be nice to update the hallway sometime soon.
