    Place needs a lot of fixing

    Close to the train and supermarket
    Cons:
    Building is always dirty filled with mice and rats. You complain to management and nothing gets done they don’t care.
    Advice to owner:
    Get someone that will take care of the building.

    Apparently still having mice infestations 15 years in. Can’t believe it.

    Centrally located, most things work
    Cons:
    Could be cleaner in all common areas. The call box is always broken and should be replaces. The basement is kinda scary. Good supers always seem to leave
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the place up, treat the staff better. With rents dropping, you will lose more tenants.
