It’s just ok

Pros:
Centrally located, most things work
Cons:
Could be cleaner in all common areas. The call box is always broken and should be replaces. The basement is kinda scary. Good supers always seem to leave
Advice to owner:
Clean the place up, treat the staff better. With rents dropping, you will lose more tenants.
