its nice but the owners make it worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
the cameras and its well lit when you come into the building
Cons:
the property manager never answers his phone and the turn over rate at the management office is so high. you never know whom to reach out to for a issue as they run through employees.

They treat minorities differently than other tenants!

They work on things and not give you notice IE: hot water
Advice to owner:
Your in the people business. Treat people with respect and have more professional employees.
can only hind behind emails and phone numbers for so long.

Maintenance/mgmt impossible to reach
Former Tenant
Pros:
Furnished, good location,
Cons:
Impossible to get help if locked out or to get maintenance tickets resolved. They withheld the security deposit until threatened legal action. Furnishings fell apart
Advice to owner:
Maintenance is important you can’t not provide maintenance then try to withhold the entire security deposit for related damages
