you get what you pay for
Pros
Rent stabilized Low rent
Cons
Management is very passive and you have to push to get any sort of communication
Subpar Management good tenants
Pros
The tenants, super, and porter are all friendly and kind. The apartments are very spacious. There’s a sense of community in the area and a semiactive tenants association.
Cons
The building management’scommmunication is awful. If the heat or hot water goes out, don’t expect any notice or warning. My unit had multiple issues that were costing me money and it took me threatening to take them to court before they took it serious enough to fix.
