Not the Best but Fine

Pros

Super is very responsive and friendly. Is able to help. Neighbors are nice and helpful too, lots of young people.

Cons

Mice problem that was very fully addressed. Heating is incredibly loud during the winter and no AC so the summers are sweltering. Small kitchen. Drains keep getting backed up. Water damage. The unit is not in great shape.

I loved living here and the area; lots of space and well heated in the winter.

Cons

The super does not respond unless you contact management, then he will get mad at you for contacting them. Difficult to work with.
