Know Before Renting

Pros:
Small building, residents who have been around for 6+ years are friendly, close to express public transportation
Cons:
New resides who came during the pandemic are horrible neighbors. The building doesn't stay clean because of them- they have brought in pests as well
Advice to owner:
Please be responsive to complaints from long time residents
