Pros:
The video intercom system works well and the laundry room was pretty clean and usable
Cons:
A major roach problem in the building, especially my apartment. Used all the at home roach control I could but for the entire year I had roaches of all sizes include giant flying ones and the landlord refused to call an exterminator and blamed the problem on me and the city. He also waited as long as possible to turn on/off the heat and install/reinstall AC. He made up different building cleaning and trash fines that were not included in lease and would not give me a heads up for when the super or maintenance would come into the apartment.
