Horrible please look some where else to live

Pros:
The apartment is big and has two bathrooms
Cons:
They don’t fix anything we have mice roof is falling apart am afraid that it will give in and crush me and my family. I live on 6 floor. No elevator bad pipes no water pressure I take April u shower sorry
Advice to owner:
Fix ur building and at least make a dumb waiter for out side for people to put their shopping in and send it up. Fix your pipe pressure and get rid of all these mice
