Pros:
Fairly spacious apartments for the price. There are some really nice people living in the building. There is a monthly exterminator for the roach problem. Inside the building is fairly quiet and has a good layout.
Cons:
Front doors are always broken. Cannot have any packages delivered as they will be stolen by squatters and crackheads. Roach problem seems to have gotten worse over the past few years. Trash piles up outside of the building. Neighborhood is loud and seedy. Management is impossible to get a hold of and doesn’t respond to messages.
Advice to owner:
Find new management
