3rd floor apt with great view of CCNY

Pros:
loved the space so much since it was a studio but it felt like a pesudo-1 bedroom.
Cons:
Despite living on the quite street, rush hour and 145th street was always terrible to experience with all the horns and yelling
Advice to owner:
No advice needed, thank you so much for a great space!

Pros:
the street is gorgeous so the view is perfect, street is relatively quite with stoops, and its townhouse vibes
Cons:
its not modern renovations and the bathrooms are fake real

rent transparency with all units please
