    RUN!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

    There are no Pros to this.
    Cons:
    Everything!! Its disgusting.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better. Stop lying to tenants, hire better servicemen that will actually fix the problems, take care of your tenants, they are your priority.
