Good building. Horrible management.

Pros:
Updated. Only a handful of units. Right next to transit. Working fireplaces. Laundry in units.
Cons:
Management and super are worthless.

Quiet building, very close to the subway. Spacious apartments for what they are.
Cons:
You really had to nudge management to get anything done. Cockroaches were a big problem starting in the spring.
