Short walking distance to subway and groceries, laundry right across the street. Management is generally quick to respond.
Common areas are extremely dirty, garbage isn’t managed well. Requests to fix existing damages, leaking sinks etc were responded to promptly, however the person sent in to fix these things cut corners and basically just put a bandaid on things instead of fixing it properly/replacing items.
