Quiet building, only 4 units, beautiful apartments. Amazing deal for the price.

Cons

Landlord wasn't always responsive to complaints. Had problems with mice and fruit flies in the summer, and with lack of heat in the winter.

Kind super, nice neighborhood, pretty interior

Cons

Sometimes unresponsive super, drains clog a lot, heaters take a while to turn on and it can get freezing
