Pros:
Apartments are well-sized for the price, the building is quiet, the street is beautiful, easy access to subway, giant windows in apartments, neighborhood is quiet in the day and most neighbors seem to be professionals or retirees
Cons:
no intercom to know who is ringing the doorbell, only one simple deadlock to front door, street can be VERY noisy at night (big building parties on either end of the block, sometimes every night in good weather)
