    Pros:
    Great location close to many trains, including 2 express lines. Lots of character in the unit, good amount of space, in unit w/d and dishwasher.
    Management almost always very responsive and took care of any issues that came up within the unit. Quiet building overall.
    Cons:
    Inside of the building is not kept clean and the garbage is not picked up often. Constantly getting citations for this with no response from management. Some issues with pests that has been remediated by fixing holes.
