Large space, very particular landlord

Pros

Lots of space, convenient location across from groceries & subway, laundry in unit, dishwasher.

Cons

The landlord is extremely picky and difficult to work with. They show a great deal of care for the building, however, many rules are unreasonable and make it hard to feel at home.
