Close to many subway lines and buses Apartments themselves appear to be recently updated Most neighbors are nice or keep to themselves Super is responsive
Cons:
Heat and hot water are unreliable and management is not responsive to complaints Not enough garbage cans for the number of residents leads to trash overflow
