Decent, affordable building hampered by poor maintenance
Pros
Close to many subway lines and buses Apartments themselves appear to be recently updated Most neighbors are nice or keep to themselves Super is responsive
Cons
Heat and hot water are unreliable and management is not responsive to complaints Not enough garbage cans for the number of residents leads to trash overflow
Advice to the owners
Address open violations and do the necessary work to update the heating system
