Lovely building, good amenities, not accessible, owners/management nonexistent except when they're itching for payments

Pros:
Classic pre-war, beautiful aesthetic, in-unit amenities (dishwasher and laundry), very quiet, well-located
Cons:
No online payment system, barely-there management that makes odd admin errors, wonky old stairs and tight doorways are a pain even if you're able-bodied, local postal service is trash
Advice to owner:
Get a real online payment system, be more in touch with tenants beyond unnecessary payment nudges, make building safer/more accessible
