    Ok apartment, but beware

    Pros:
    The place is new and nice and management is fairly responsive. How much they respond however, and if they do anything about your concern, is another. the tenants are relatively nice and keep to themselves. There is a nice rooftop for tenants to use but it's sort of boring.
    Cons:
    Check and double check your utility bill. We were charged so much money for monthly electricity usage. A unit below us has several issues as well.

    The manager will pretend to listen to your concerns and then do nothing about it. It's nice right now because it's new. The floors are super thin - you probably will waste a lot of money trying to heat up or cool down the place. also you can hear every footstep and everything dropped from the unit above.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more respectful of people who are just trying to live and not actively gentrify Harlem.
