Really enjoyed living in this building with elevator access. I moved in to a newly renovated apartment in 2018 and stayed until 2021, when I relocated out of state. The apartment was rent-stabilized so I really enjoyed. I enjoyed lots of sunlight in the apartment and its proximity to supermarkets, laundromats, and express train stops (ACBD).
Cons:
I had three mice in the apartment during my stay because of holes in certain parts of the apartment that enabled them to get in. The super was helpful but he was by himself in a building with a ton of renters. The management office was slow to respond at times.
Advice to owner:
Please respond more quickly to emails tenants send.
