Landlord will harass you out of the building

Pros:
My apartment had beautiful views and great light, which is why I rented it. I also love West Harlem.
Cons:
Alma Realty are slumlords. They tried to redo the stairs in a walkup building while we were living there. They were constantly “renovating” and turning off the water or heating. When I asked the super, he would tell me there was an emergency. The garbage area was infested with rats and the hallways were infested with roaches.
Advice to owner:
Have some shame
