Lowkey building with longtime residents
Pros
Building has small number of units and longtime residents. Very nice and responsive building manager. Super is nice and quiet, building is kept clean in common areas. Right above a bodega so that's very helpful (who are also very nice).
Cons
Building is old; some things are not updated. Front door is sometimes broken but it is often repaired. They don't have regular pest maintenance; I didn't experience much pest issues but they will call for maintenance if requested.
