Everything! You live with 1000 tiny roommates .. thst don’t pay rent

A Literal Nightmare

Pros:
The building had bums passed out on the stairs, hundreds of roaches crawling on the steps, no pros to this place.
Cons:
Absolutely everything. We ended up hospitalized due to our heat and hot water being turned off during a snow storm while it was in the negatives. We got raging chest infections from the cold and couldn’t breath.
Advice to owner:
DO better, and care about your tenants.
