Responsive Super, Quiet building in nice neighborhood

Pros:
- Garbage management was great
- Neighbors were quiet for the most part
- Super was responsive
Cons:
- Management itself isn't quick to respond (management did change within the past year)
- Pest management, had roaches
- Heating wasn't great and old radiator s
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants inquiries quicker

Pros:
Quick responses when it came to lease renewal and other similar requests, nice neighbors. Decent amount of communication about updates and info on the building.
Cons:
Difficult to get repairs done, super changed frequently and didn't often have the means to do all of the jobs they should be able to do. Buzzer confusing for many delivery people and often malfunctioning.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a good super and the supplies they need to get things done. Simplify buzzer system.
