Spacious with minor issues

Pros:
The super is phenomenal, garbage is well managed, and maintenance/exterminator visits are announced with plenty of notice. The elevator is great, and neighbors are very kind
Cons:
Minor pest issues, but the exterminator is always called quickly and it takes care of the problem
