    Nice and Newer renovations
    Cons:
    neighbors are awful there are tenants who hoard cats so the whole building smelling like cat poop. Packages are constantly stolen.

    Management is nice and tried their best to handle a really awful neighbor situation.
    Cons:
    A tenant in the building yells, uses racial slurs, and makes the whole building smell like cat litter. Truly awful.
