Nice location in West Harlem, in-unit washer dryer
Cons:
When we moved in there was no cooking gas for 69 days, no closet doors or crossbars, and the apartment was filthy (crumbs, urine, stains, garbage, roaches, mice, water damage, and more), and old radiators that sound like idling truck engines when the heat turns on. Management is lazy and ignores tenants who raise issues, and tries to charge late fees for withheld rent even when tenants have documentation supporting the withholding.
Advice to owner:
Don't lease apartments that aren't ready to be lived in and then ignore those tenants for seven months when they take issue
