    Issue with stolen bike

    Location is convenient
    Cons:
    There are a bunch of cucaraschs, at least until the second floor
    Advice to owner:
    Stolen bike. Manager and supervisor knew who steel my bike and never give me the video tape.

    - The maintenance staff is quiet but work well.
    - Appliances are relatively new.
    - No major pest issues and pest control comes monthly.
    - Foyer is clean and well lit.
    - Gym and lounge area in adjoining building.
    Cons:
    - They tried to raise my rent by almost 20%.
    - The basement is a bit dirty and has small flooding issues sometimes.
