Overall a great building

Pros:
Lots of storage in my small studio apartment, well-maintained common areas, and responsive super. Quiet building with good neighbors and easy access to subway.
Cons:
Laundry in basement closes at 10 pm - not great for night owls or those with alternative work schedules

Pros:
Clean building, the super was very nice and helpful. Management was quite responsive. They mopped daily and maintained the garbage. Never had rats. I did have roaches during my last two months living there which was a problem but it’s because there was a hole in the wall that that super addressed.
Cons:
Had roaches during last two months living there do to a small hole in the ceiling that the super fixed. I had neighbors with bad dv and would hear them in the hallway fighting. The elevator was small so it made it tricky to move in.
