    Outdated telecom system. Building door is broken.

    Lots of natural light Renovated units Heat in building is good
    Cons:
    Super sometimes takes long time to respond Bugs in kitchen No laundry within 4 blocks
    Advice to owner:
    Fix bug issues in units and trash issues in the basement
