Beautiful building, horrible management

Pros:
Friendly neighbors, beautiful
Cons:
Low water pressure, hot water lasts 6 mins. Have to pay tent by check. Takes a while to get things fixed..
Advice to owner:
Switch to paying rent online. Install a building boiler .
