Borderline Slum lords

Pros:
Shower water pressure, apartment space
Cons:
Landlord non responsiveness to crumbling structure, Cockroaches, building Super lack of detail when fixing issues. Radiator gushing water. Floors are warped and dented in badly due to years of continuous ignored water leaks that pour down from multiple floors above my apartment.
Advice to owner:
Fix water leaks and Radiator massive leak. Super just covers leaks with plaster until ceiling collapses again. Owner got rid of maintenance worker that let cockroaches get overwhelmingly bad. Thats the only good thing. I am rounding about tenant information to make a formal complaint about ignored DOB violations and utilizing media outlets as a tool.

Beware proceed with caution

Pros:
The view of the Hudson, near riverbank park, alot of culture in the building, neighbors help eachother
Cons:
Constant pest, will complain about it frequently with no results, packages and mail get stolen alot, maintenance is not kept up as well as it should be, has a very old feel to it
Advice to owner:
Fix the building, get control of the pest, clean the mess around the building,
