Pros

Great location, vibrant community, lots of space for Manhattan/NYC generally, in-unit washer/dryer

Cons

Terrible and unresponsive management. Emails go months unanswered and you cannot reach them by phone. Problem with some tenants leaving trash outside the trash chute, including food items out in the open. Issues with cockroaches and mice.
