Deal of a Lifetime
Former Tenant
Pros:
was nearly renovated and had an open floor plan with a queen size bedroom and plenty of closet space. trending neighborhood with plenty of entertainment nearby
Cons:

Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment in a good area for a decent price.
Cons:
Packages are CONSTANTLY being stolen where the super couldn’t care less. There are cameras in the hallway for nothing more than decoration. Anytime we have any sort of problem in our apartment we have to threaten to not resign our lease to get them to do anything about it.
Advice to owner:
Answer our calles and get the cameras fixed.

Solid option
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, in building laundry, fairly clean, fairly quiet, near Riverbank State Park
Cons:
Consistently raising the rent in a rent stabilized building. Inconsistent with repairs
Advice to owner:
More honest practices with rent

BED BUGS APT# 57
Former Tenant
Pros:
2 Elevators, two apartment exist doors for Apt 57. Good security.
Cons:
During the process of filling out the application. A document was provided indicating that bed bugs were found on the 5th Floor within this year 2020. It turned out after numerous inquiries that the only apartment affected was Apt 57, the apartment we were looking to lease. This being a health hazzard, I wanted proof that the Bed Bug problem had been resolved prior to proceeding. Based on the document provided, I got the impression that I was being fooled with a terminating company that was assisting management, for whatever reason to cover them. Bottom line, when I went further into verifying the two invoices, I got resistance from the gentleman who answered at the exterminating office which by the way, REFUSED out of curtisy and professionalisium to give me his name. He hung up three (3) times on me 🤔 Shortly after that management at the building rejected our application after it had been approved. That got me even more suspicious 🤨. Be vigilent & causcious.
Advice to owner:
A prospective leasee has the right to request Official Supporting Documentation after revealing I.A.W the lawthat there's been an investation of bed bugs. Making a general statement by saying 5th floor and finding out it was in the apartment we were about to lease was both unetical and unprofessional. In the future provide a valid Official Supporting Document instead of some created in valid receipt with a PO#, Invoice and signature by the person that pesticided the apartment. This is a required state law requirement that you intentionally had someone falsify. This building Manager has an extrodinery amount of violations 🤔 Now that should be huge alert in reference to management quality by taking corrective measure to eliminate them. Renter Be wear!!
