    Decent building a bit overpriced.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Dishwasher, laundry in unit, no bugs, no mice, no rats…but I lived on a high floor. Dog run on 3rd floor. Pretty clean and well maintained building for the most part.
    Cons:
    Paying for the gym that I don’t use…dog run could have been better maintained.
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe hav e the doormen stay until midnight.

    Amazing (yet overpriced) luxury unit in Hamilton Heights

    Pros:
    Amazing location and amenities. Doormen are amazing and friendly! Beautiful views + lots of natural light. Clean + brand new!
    Cons:
    It feels like the building was thrown together very quickly, so lots of little issues here and there...fortunately, the on site management was quick to deal with issues.
