Overall a good experience, but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated Appliances Generally Nice Neighborhood Quiet and respectful neighbors Whole floor to yourself Good light and space
Cons:
Never ending roach problem The super will rarely adequately fix things in a timely manner if at all, or insist that there isn’t a problem in the first place. Dishwasher has never worked despite having it “fixed” every few months. Very poor heat in the wintertime, but when we complain of no heat there isn’t really a response. Two of the rooms in our unit have windows facing a wall directly so no sunlight
Advice to owner:
More responsive with repairs, particularly adequate heat.
