    first nyc apt

    Pros:
    sound proof units
    Cons:
    old dirty building, uneven floors and windows would not open. our bathroom would drip to downstairs unit - nothing we could do but owners did nothing about it. the day we moved out was the first time we ever met the owner
    Advice to owner:
    please upkeep the building!
