    Awesome super, building could use refurb

    Pros:
    Polanco, the super, was always very responsive and polite. Would usually fix any issues same day and even within a couple hours.
    Cons:
    We had a recurring mouse problem and honestly I think it's just the quality of renovations done on the building. They were quick to bring in pest control, they'd seal up holes and then we'd find new holes in places we'd never think to look (like the ceiling.)

    Laundry machines often out of service, management too cheap to just buy new ones

    Buy new laundry machines, invest in mouseproofing in between tenants
