There were so many pros about this building. This was my first apt I lived in in NYC. I moved from Florida and signed a lease after a FaceTime tour. The building management is so responsive, kind, and accommodating. The super when I lived there was named Kevin and he was amazing and always willing to help fix any issue. I highly recommend living here!
