    The biggest pro is that its cheap!
    Cons:
    Cleanliness is definitely an issue.

    Management was very responsive, and polite.
    Cons:
    The street is very loud on summer nights. It's also a very old building, so the windows weren't that tight in the frames. This was an issue for safety and temperature.
    Advice to owner:
    The windows need repairing. Also the apartment was filthy when I moved in.

    Renovated Kitchen Good Water Pressure Usually hot shower Hardwood Floors Laundry Room Close to Harlem Public Door buzzer works
    Cons:
    Loud music late at nights (both in building and outside) Broken stairs to basement Lacks closet space Hot water is inconsistent (sometimes no hot water and sometimes only scalding water)

    Fix the stairs to the basement Renovate bathroom to match kitchen Enforce quiet rules
