The apartment itself is lovely and updated with in-unit washing machines and a dishwasher. Great light on upper floors.
Cons:
The neighbors are the worst. LOUD LOUD LOUD parties on weekends, sometimes til 4am. Sometimes on weeknights. Often with horrible dr Kids (and teenagers) that literally run back and forth shaking my entire unit to the point glasses would knock against each other in the cabinet. TV and music so loud you can figure out what show they are watching. If anything is going to push you out of an apartment with in-unit laundry you know it's bad. The landlord (and his lawyer) contacted them multiple times which would help... for a few weeks. But then they would go back to normal.
Advice to owner:
Be stricter about loud neighbors and escalate complaints if needed.

super was actually easy to contact and a lot of stuffed got fixed my him without having to deal with management
Cons:
charged us a broker fee to change name on the apartment. stopped with apartment repairs after we said we’re moving out
