Pros:
Conveniently located to grocery stores and the subway
Cons:
Packages stolen, rats and bugs, drugs being sold on the street, street noise all the time, the front door never locked, and tenants were always yelling in the halls
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building, fix the rat problem and get rid of the troublemakers
