It’s big and no pests or anything

More responsive and don’t be cheap
It was a beautiful brownstone with a decent amount of storage next to a garden.
The owner was the worst I’ve had ever. Only would consistently put temporary solutions to serious problems. Then at the end of our least tried to raise our rent 40%.
