    The worst landlord I’ve ever had.

    Pros:
    It was a beautiful brownstone with a decent amount of storage next to a garden.
    Cons:
    The owner was the worst I’ve had ever. Only would consistently put temporary solutions to serious problems. Then at the end of our least tried to raise our rent 40%.

    Nothing is a pro run from this slumlord
    Cons:
    Mold in bedroom door frame. Landlord never answered any phone calls or emails. Building manager made homophobic and racist comments
