neighbors are lovely well maintained thanks ONLY to the super
Cons:
he violated the lease (didn’t take care of oven for 4 months) didn’t clean before moving in didn’t make repairs before moving in doesn’t know tenant laws and rights (just look up all the litigations he’s lost) no communication unless it’s a legal document after a year of trying to find a resolution and only given AFTER the window has passed harassed my mom after i made an HPD report (illegal) will try to discriminate based on age, sex, anything he can
Advice to owner:
if you had a shred of human decency and thought for more than one second maybe you wouldn’t have so many tenants that hate you and refuse to deal with you

Simply Not Worth It

Pros:
Nice furnishings Close to subway Not worth the cons
Cons:
No insulation, which lead to no heat retention in unit and you could hear neighbors conversations regularly especially when you are quiet Hot water for 30min max Washer/dryer shakes the whole unit and is a piece of crap Poor appliances overall honestly Things would break and you have to keep reminding management and they might get to it Anything above light rain lead to flooding and leaks Building is under foreclosure (2022)
Advice to owner:
Actually do the work to renovate the building, don’t to things quick and cheap and then expect no issues.
