Management Was Lacking
Former Tenant
Pros:
Simple process to receive security deposit back once we were finally able to make the appointment.
Cons:
Communication was difficult and lacking. Pests were prevalent. Packages were frequently stolen and the response from management was to shrug. Questions about our building were often met with angry tones and short answers on the other end that rarely brought resolution.
Advice to owner:
Please invest in your people so that they will properly help.
